Return Policy

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Body Amor, Gas Masks and Gas Mask accessories are not able to be returned and are considered final sale items. For items not eligible for return, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about warranty and return eligibility. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving a product that is defective from the manufacturer, we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund; this will be done at our discretion. 


Orders that are returned as undeliverable, refused at point of delivery or otherwise returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund per the policy above less inbound/return shipping fees that we are charged to recover your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received by our warehouse for these to be processed. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.

Quality-Related Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue need to be evaluated. Please contact Customer Care at support@pointblanklife.com with your order number and additional relevant issues.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be applied to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not instantaneous. Allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed. The length of this wait period will depend on your bank or credit card company. After 60 days, we can no longer apply refunds directly to credit cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Additional Information

We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.
